Numbers 15: 37-41
Vayomer ADONAI el—Moshe lemor
37 And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,
Daber el—b'nei Israel veamarta alehem veasoo lahem tzitzit al—kanfei vigdeihem ledorotam
venatnoo al—tzitzit hakanaf petil techelet
38 Speak to the people of Israel, and bid them that they make them fringes in the borders of their garments throughout their generations, and that they put upon the fringe of the borders [corners] a thread of blue;

39 And it shall be to you for a fringe, that you may look upon it, and remember all the commandments of the Lord, and do them; and that you seek not after your own heart and your own eyes, which incline you to go astray;
40 That you may remember, and do all My commandments, and be holy to your God.

Ani ADONAI Eloheychem asher hotzeti etchem meeretz Mitzrayim lihiyot lachem le'Elohim; Ani ADONAI Eloheychem
41 I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, to be your God; I am the Lord your God.
Matthew/Matisyahu 14:34-36

As many as touched it were made whole."

Luke 8:44 “She came behind him, and touched the tzitzit of his cloak, and immediately the flow of her blood stopped.”
Mark 6:56 “Wherever he entered, into villages, or into cities, or into the country, they laid the sick in the marketplaces, and begged him that they might touch just the tzitzit of his garment; and as many as touched him were made well.”
Matthew/Matisyahu 23:5 “But all their works they do to be seen by men. They make their tefillin broad, enlarge the tzitziyot of their garments...”
